@Nina Ning not Zillow but Opendoor, they need to have the same disclosures but they often don't know a lot of the time, the upsides are they have no emotional attachment to the home and holding costs really hurt them so you can get under list offers accepted especially for homes that have spent a lot of time on the market. It is also very painful for them to enter escrow and for it to fall through so most of the time they'll try to keep you in escrow even if it is expensive to do so.
