Is there an area on the forums for investment opportunities?

I've been a member for a while to learn and read about others while starting acquiring funds for investments.  Is there an area on the site where I can share opportunities about partnerships or find connections who are looking for capital funds to invent in projects they are looking to complete?

I just haven't seen an area here like that, and maybe I'm just missing it.
