And i suspect by 2015 2016 it was back to 10 to 20.. now if the defaults start stacking up in Mass.. its going to take time for the banks/servicers to simply hire and train folks to deal with this.. that right there can lead to a years lag time..

I found the only way to ride that train is to jump in as soon as you can, because over time you keep leveraging up through that magical market.

Belleville doesn’t have a train station compared to all the other towns you mentioned and depending if you have or plan on having kids, their schools aren’t so great.
