Anybody who owns more than say 5 to 7 properties would be considered a rich prick so they tend to keep a very low profile.

I also just finished Rich Dad Poor Dad, the seemingly official bible on entrepreneurship.

I remember reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and getting hooked to start investing in real estate.

I recently read Rich Dad, Poor Dad (I know my eyes would be rolling too ;) ) and started reading the ABCs of Real Estate Investing.

Right now I'm reading, "The Book on Rental Property Investing", "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," and listening to The BP podcast as well as the book, "The book on Investing in Real Estate with No or low Money Down". 

PML are usually not rich people as you may think, they are just regular people who hav emoney in the stock market or in a CD and are interested in higher returns.Don't go around and ask for money, just talk about real estate investing and see who shows interest.

Call your rich friends and ask for money.

Like seemingly every member here for some rhyme or reason I started with a copy of rich dad poor dad and the resulting Google search has led me here.

Money and success at that scale isn't just given to you.I guess they want a rich and successful guy, but don't want to see how sausage is made?
