Sounds like that's what is being promoted again for RE Investors.

THIS promotion/position is an existing position that one of her colleague/associate/"friend" is working!

I appreciate any specific referalls so I can expand my added value for investors I work with as well as brokers as most deals don't fit Velocity, but I'd rather provide an appropriate referral rather than just decline a deal, even if I don't receive any compensation.  

I'm wondering if there are any other web sites attempting the same type of referral system that I am with Preferrals.net, and what advice you might have about how to shape the business.
