This has already helped me a ton in the past two years. 

Long story, short: I developed a seemingly untreatable eye disease that precluded me from looking at any screens for the past 3 years. 

I'm 30, single, no kids, and currently working as an Estimator / Project Manager for a commercial site construction company for the past 10 years.

I realize that these are hefty goals and I figured that my "MINS" (most important next step) was to post on this forum and introduce myself to the community.

Hi EveryoneFor the past 5+ years my company has been long term leasing apartments, duplexes, townhomes, and houses as regular corporate tenants and then actively managing them as corporate and short-term rentals.

A woman speaker said that she jacks her prices up pretty high for vacancies that are months away, and she drops them down lower when they're a month away or so--kinda like airline prices. 

My wife and I have lived in SF for the past 7 years while I went to college and started my career, and with our firstborn en route in November, we need to make the strategic move to where our families are.

I'm a new member and investor from Atlanta, and over the past 3 years my eyes have been opened to the power of real estate investing.

So my parents have a rental property that they have been renting for the past 10 years, it was their primary residence for 12 years prior to renting.

Currently working on networking and building a team of reliable professionals to work with over the coming years.I have been interested in Real Estate Investing for the past few years, but only recently got the bug and really started getting into it.
