New Investor from Atlanta, GA
Hello BP community; my name is Evan Dixon. I'm a new member and investor from Atlanta, and over the past 3 years my eyes have been opened to the power of real estate investing. Earlier this year I acquired my first duplex, and I'm extremely excited for what lies ahead.
I'm currently focused on 2-4 unit, buy & hold rentals in the Dayton, OH area, with the ultimate goal of building an income generating portfolio that allows me to say goodbye to my career in financial planning & analysis.
BP is an incredible resource, and I look forward to connecting with other like-minded individuals!

I was initially drawn to the area due to the inventory of small multi-family properties (side-by-side duplexes specifically), the prices at which they were listed, and the current rents. As I learned more about the city, began analyzing properties, and connecting with folks from the area, I knew Dayton was the target market to begin my journey.
