Looking To Lease More Apartments & Houses in LA & SD.
Hi Everyone
For the past 5+ years my company has been long term leasing apartments, duplexes, townhomes, and houses as regular corporate tenants and then actively managing them as corporate and short-term rentals. We are a very established company with a track record and take great care in what we do. All of our guests are heavily vetted and have their own 24/7 private concierge. We also have a full staff to clean and maintain the property at all times. We are well insured, don’t allow smoking, pets, noise, or large groups.
We are consistently the best tenants to our landlords and have great references. We like to stay for years, do most of our own maintenance, and the unit is deep cleaned and professional maintained consistently. You can walk into your property and see that it will look like new at any point in our lease.
We're looking to expand with several new 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartments or 3+ bedroom houses in popular areas of Los Angeles & San Diego. We have been in these cities for over 5 years. If you are a landlord or property manager with open units you are trying to lease, please get in touch with me asap.

Kevin Fox there are a lot of upside for the owner.
Yes, we will pay above marker rents, do a longer lease of 1-3 years, owner wont have to worry about rent being paid as were a professional company, and the property will look fantastic with us paying out of pocket for many interior upgrades.
