I have not looked into pricing the repairs out in the state of Utah but I know some prices I have been charged here in the middle of nowhere Wyoming where it is more expensive to get supplies and harder to find a contractor that can start sooner than 6 months out.

I was wondering if units toward the middle or top of the price range are easier or more difficult to rent?
