Typically, assuming the owner has filled out the entire short sale package.....you should get a yeah or nay within 30-60 days from contract submittal....depending upon the experience of the person submitting/handling it, the lender, number of junior liens, etc.  

Looking to find fellow investors and mentors or groups even to help me get started and a better understanding of wholesaling.

Everyone says they are available to mentor me in the field, but no one has actually put forth the effort to mentor me.

Any suggestions On the best way to connect with a mentor that would not mind helping an experienced single-family home Investor break into the larger multi family game?

Also, has anyone considered mentoring or allowed shadowing?

Problem is that I don't have people to talk to or a mentor; this is my first go.
