Any suggestions On the best way to connect with a mentor that would not mind helping an experienced single-family home Investor break into the larger multi family game? Value I could possibly add is 25 years experience as a building inspector and over 25 years experience rehabbing homes I don’t want to be a taker!

Erick, just listen to my podcast. It's free, you can do it on your own time, and you'll glean a lot.

Good luck!
