Looking For A Real Estate Investor Mentor in Maryland

I have been taking real estate investor classes for the past year. Everyone says they are available to mentor me in the field, but no one has actually put forth the effort to mentor me. Maybe I’m too motivated and ambitious for most mentors. I’m ready to jump in and learn the in’s and out’s of investing in real estate. I’m very passionate and a fast learner. I’ve been networking with a few lenders and contractors, but nothing ever comes together. Any real mentors ready to take me under their wings?
