The location is in a fantastic spot downtown in a town a few towns over from me and with ample off street parking, etc...There's a pretty big mortgage payment and there's not much left over month to month...or at least, not enough for me to be happy fielding calls, etc... at all hours and people expecting an immediate response. 

Real estate is a great field to get into if you love to learn and if you love to make money.
