Does anyone know of a good RE Investor brokerage looking to add a part-time agent to their team?

I need this community to build my team and reach my goals. 

The reason I ask is because it may be more worthwhile spending the free time you have now to find, meet and work with people that could make up your team in the future so managing them will be a lot easier when you have less time on your hands.

How are the rentals nearby for the big time high school football teams?

I used to be a Title Officer, too, so I have a wealth of knowledge and a team who can get these done from beginning to end.

I will be studying Portuguese part time but am looking to also keep expanding my knowledge of real estate investing by partnering with some real estate investors who are looking for virtual assistants.I think I would be a valuable member of anyone's team as I have acquired some skills from my day job that are very transferable.
