I would like to know how you do it.Hmm, ok, takes that idea out then- I was thinking that maybe the algorithm had already started optimizing for people who were similar to your early leads, and so also Spanish speaking. 

Your best bet is to contact the specific town engineers, assessors office, or zoning office (could be any of those depending on the municipality) of the town a property is in and ask them if what you are looking to do is possible and what the process would be for doing so. 

WE were at a pre submission meeting yesterday.so you have the city engineer then public works  the private utl providers land use.. etc etc.. it takes a village to move these things along :)

I’m very successful and have designed amazing projects and I have a great engineer who handles the structural stamp.

However, depending on project complexity, this puts a huge liability on the Architect/Engineer.
