A bookkeeper that understands real estate investing should be able to fill a number of CFO advisory level roles, including working with bankers and lenders, scaling your business, and long term strategy.

I was addressing the role of an agent in general, not as it pertains to my state.

I was in a business development role in corporate America for +23 years before getting into REI.

I work full time for a large real estate/property management company in a financial role and have worked as an accountant in the construction/ real estate industry for 4 years.Would like to begin investing in multi-family buildings, land and light industrial buildings at some point, but likely won’t take any action until I build a strong residential portfolio.
