From Saskatoon Saskatchewan Canada. Anyone In my area?
My wife and I have taken a lot of interest in real estate over the last 1-2 years. We have been in construction for nearly 8 years and have recently taken the leap and started our own construction business. With multiple new builds and a couple house flips under our belts we would like to add some flip and holds to our portfolio. Any one in our area with any insights or opportunities? We have an investor on board and are looking to dive in. Thank you for any input.

@Ryan Myers Hey Ryan, sorry man we've been incredibly busy lately. We took the leap this spring and purchased our first BRRRR. This house has been our side project as General Contracting and our staining and lacquering business has kept us busy. We are just wrapping up the renovation and have our first tenants moving in on the Oct 15th!
How about you? You were talking about the Prince Albert area? Did you find anything that interested you there? We’ve thought about PA but for us right now the Saskatoon area is closer.
