This was after paying $495 to attend the 3 day session.My mentor is located in Las Vegas and takes about a week to return emails and those are only about scheduling.  

I was born in Edmonton but spent most of my life in Las Vegas, currantly investing in Colorado and Arizona.

this site interest me because all I have ever done is real estate in some form or fashion for 41 years... and its been a great ride with plenty of ups and downs.. and I do believe I have some unique perspectives from both investor side of the coin... retial buyer side ... wholesale side RE broker side Mortgage banker side.. etc etc.And it fills an hour or so of my day when I am usually having my coffee in the morning or just trying to kill time like right now  in Vegas waiting for my plane  Also some very nice folks on this site..

My parents were landlords for over 20 years in Texas and my brother recently started as a landlord in Las Vegas. 

I'm always interested in meeting other las Vegas investors no matter their level of experience.
