Vegas local seeking networking opportunities

Hello Everyone,

I hope this post finds you all well. I thought I would take the time to introduce myself. My name is a  William Nichols from Henderson, NV and I am new to Biggerpockets. A good friend @Michael Lee referred me to this site after we had an intricate discussion about all my future endeavors one of which is in real-estate. Aside balancing a full-time job, I spend most of my free time educating myself on the business of real estate. The more I read and watch webinars the more enraptured I become. I'm highly interested in multifamily homes, and wholesaling . I am looking to start my first deal soon and would ideally like some tips whether it be virtually or locally. I currently work for a property management group in Henderson. Currently between marketing, handling residents, and managing it almost seems second nature. Now at this point just looking for guidance, support and network building.

Hi William. Welcome to BP. If you haven't already if you haven't already please take a look at the local meet ups. As I've said before most try to sell you something however the people you meet is why I go. The locals in the area are a great resource for wholesaling and other information I have a Meetup that I conduct that just started it focuses on multi family properties but we always end up talking about everything else as well. I'm always interested in meeting other las Vegas investors no matter their level of experience.
