I have been looking on zillow.com at properties,  currently there is a house on there with 3.7 acres, 3bed 2bath, pix look good, tax value is 217k priced at 164k in Cabarrus county nc.

Hello BP family,Is anyone investing in Henderson, NC?

I lived in eastern NC until 2008 when I moved to Edmonton Canada and in 2013 I came back to Colombia. 

I had a tenant who proposed exactly that in NC. 

Anyone in Fort Bragg/ Fayetteville area have a recommendation for a property manager.  Looking to replace my current one.  I have moved and need someoneone to managemy SFR

@Kyle Jorgensen  In Wake County NC, as Chris mentioned, you can see a complete list of tax delinquent properties the county is on track to foreclose on, along with what tax amount they owe and sometimes, the date of the property. 

I actually live closer to Cherokee NC ,but I've been investing in the Hickory for about 8 years.

I'm looking in Rock Hill SC and north into the Charlotte NC metro area.

I'm trying to learn the ropes in NC.

With all of the colleges and universities in NC I would love to purchase houses around campuses to rent to students.
