Hello All,

My name is Robbie and I am a part time investor.  I have been a landlord for about 8 years so, I have a little experience with everything that comes with investment property. However, I would like to take things to the next level and become a full time investor. At the present time I am just at a stand still.  I realized I don't have the connections I need to find the great deals.  Also, I don't have the connections to offer me the options I need for financing.  I welcome any suggestions or advice to point me in the right direction

Thanks
