As the title states I am new to the world of real estate investing and I currently reside in the San Fernando Valley.

I have some folks that can help in San Marcos too.

The experienced investor that I know here in San Jose was my college roommates brother, so it worked out.

If they accept this I feel my case is a lot stronger than theirs (acting in bad faith too many times) , I plan to stick by my guns and will be requesting and explaining why I want my full deposit back... and in return I will not take them to court for double deposit...which is too high to do in small claims in San Diego.

I'm not 100% sure this is right so I'm waiting to hear and I'm giving calls to other locals who are doing LO's still - although they may not be legal either...Will let you know what I find out. btw I'm in san antonio

Looking to do assignments in San Diego, Ca can't find a title company that will allow it assignments any active wholesalers know of any.
