Direct access to FDIC seized assets

I have a group of investors who have asked me to locate wholesale-priced commercial properties in the Houston area. They are looking for gas stations, strip centers, large retail centers, office buildings, and the like.

Is anyone familiar with companies who have first and direct access to FDIC-seized assets? My investors have cash and are ready to move fairly quickly on good opportunities in the Houston area.

Thanks!

The FDIC website lists their real estate assets for sale.
