I have considered that but seems crazy to pull money out of 401k in the middle of a Bull Market.

We are mainly Intown and with a heavy presence in Atlanta Station, Midtown, Dowtown, Virginia Highland, Morningside, Decatur, Grant Park, Edgewood, L5P, Poncey Highland, O4W, East Atlanta, Kirkwood, etc.  

Put some good food  in the middle of the living room floor , some candles , some mood music to set the tone .  

You can have sketchy blocks in the middle of good neighborhoods.  

Yea it's about a block away from northboro elementary. 33407 is the zip code about two or more blocks east it's a spotty area but the block that it's on and east from it has a combination of 400k+ houses and multifamily properties.

I myself enjoy rehabbing properties to look nice and would consider myself liking to rent to mid to high middle class tenants that probably would take better care of the property, would desire these kind of updates.
