I am on this site to network a bit.  

I believe that to be successful I will need to build experience and a network, however right now I don't have much to offer other investors ($, deals, etc). 

We are VERY new to the real estate industry and I wanted to reach out to you guys to start networking.

If this is such as major issue that they sent a letter around, and they feel everyone should do it, then the best way to make sure it's done is they make it building wide project.When they do these projects however, they either increase the monthly fees for everyone, or do a one time assessment charge.

I am sure you will get a wide range of opinions, as a lot of this can vary based on personal preference.

If the counter layout just has straight sides (no corners), you can buy 8' wide sections of basic laminate counters for under $100 in stock at a lot of stores and cut them to the length you need.

They offer great networking.

I understand the value of networking and making connections, so I don't want to shut the door on the idea of working with other agents in the future to help me find and purchase properties.Second, does having your license in one state make it easier to get your license in another state?

Deff good for networking though.
