Hello Everyone,

My name is Pablo and I wanted to introduce myself to everyone here in the Bigger Pockets community by making my first post. I feel so BLESSED for finding out about this website. I have gained so much knowledge from the podcast and videos that I have already watched on here. I know I have so much more to learn and I couldn't be more excited & motivated for this journey that my family and I are taking. We are VERY new to the real estate industry and I wanted to reach out to you guys to start networking. Champion Home Buyers, LLC is the name of our team and it is family owned. We would like to start with wholesaling and rehabbing in the Los Angeles and Sacramento California market. We are looking for hungry real estate agents and real estate investor in the area.
