Hi everyone.  A local member just told me about this subgroup.. I'm Brian, new to biggerpockets.  Looking to connect with buyers and sellers, wholesalers, etc.  I'm new to rehabbing, but not new to landlording.  Up in Roswell, and still trying to figure out the complex Atlanta markets!!!
