As to the elementary and middle school 19115, 19116 is OK But as to high schools Center city,.Huntington valley is great, but that is not Philadelphia school district although just 10 min away

Also noticed the last couple of year the # of inquiries have dropped signWe have a number of regular rentals, so we sold and 1031'd into SFHs in East valley and so have been fairly happy with our decision.Stone

Hi Everyone.Kitchener/Waterloo is considered the "Silicon Valley of Canada" because it's a city with a strong tech background (Google, Blackberry, and plenty of tech startups) as well as the University of Waterloo.  

Definitely would like to thank anyone in advance for taking the time to visit this discussion.To begin I am currently living in Sunnyvale, CA and although an amazing place to live, we all know how much the cost of living is out here slap dab in the heart of the Silicon Valley.
