I'm sure other users can offer more suggestions.There are also platforms that specialize in building great websites and automatic syndication to top rental websites, without the property management software functionality like rent payments and late fees.

You could potentially become an authorized user for the current owners mortgage account and just make those payments for them, but overall it’s just a lot of moving parts and may make your sale down the road (if you wanted to) a lot messier as well.

Remember style, amenities, sq ft etc you want to make sure your condo is competitive relating to the rent you are commanding.
