I am brand new to Bigger Pockets and to real estate investing in general. I saw a youtube video that said if you are good and financial budgeting, which I do enjoy. That video led me down the known rabbit hole that is youtube videos and I landed on a few of the Bigger Pockets Podcast videos.  Additionally, I have frequently daydreamed about owning a larger rental unit.

Now I am on here to deep dive into information and see if it is viable to invest in multi-family residential units in the Palouse and LC Valley.

Thanks,

Wayne
