Eager to start investing in real estate

Hello everyone!! Im a newbie from southern california currently getting all my ducks in a row and soaking up as much education as i can. I really enjoy the BP website very helpful im also reading how to invest in real estate the ultimate beginners guide, watching all the BP videos on youtube, and always joining the webinars. I have a great paying job but its very demanding my goal is to dive into BRRR investing and to master it to create even more financial freedom but most importantly to spend more time with the family. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciate it. Thanks BP
