We are scouting to target a specific niche market that would require furnished month-to-month rentals.Does anyone have experience with a la carte services for periodic cleanings, restocking, and maintenance?

For instance, mine was targeting Absentee Owners with 50%-100% equity and by zip codes I knew in my state that would be profitable deals.

If I could do it over again,l'd target one of two populations in the area, one would be the military family with PCS orders- You decide on your price point and make the rents equal to BAH rates.

I know that they are extremely short on affordable housing, so if I were still there, that would be my target market.

I have looked at Buildium a few times, but it seems to me they are targeting higher volume people them myself.

You can do detailed searches to find the leads you want to target, and you can also use it for comps when the time comes.There are all sorts of types of leads that you can search for. 

(and very little in my target area)I do have a couple properties under contract with a wholesaler that I connected with on a Facebook group.

Monthly rental of $1,400 is target.

Target: SF or small MF properties in far NW Chicago suburbs.
