What tools do you use??
I'm curious: what online tools do you use (paid and/or unpaid) to find and evaluate properties for purchase/investments?
As an agent, I have access to the MLS, which is certainly helpful but not always the best or easiest tool around - but more importantly, I only have access to my licensed area (ie. California).
I've used propstream in the past and love it, but find it to be a bit pricey...
I've also seen "Pre-MLS" tools advertised and most recently this tool called "Mashvisor".
Have you used any of these tools? If so, which ones do you swear by? Which ones are 'worth the investment'? And which ones should I absolutely stay away from and not waste my time?
Thanks in advance!
