Jacksonville scouting trip - STR service?

My husband and I will be visiting Jacksonville next week, March 9-12.

We're first time homebuyers looking to invest in SF or small MF.

We'd possibly house hack or manage remotely, depending on the deal. We are scouting to target a specific niche market that would require furnished month-to-month rentals.

Does anyone have experience with a la carte services for periodic cleanings, restocking, and maintenance? The one I found no longer services Jacksonville and the STR cleaning service doesn't handle restocking or maintenance.

Also, if anyone has experience in similar investments in this area, we'd love to take you out for coffee. Any suggestions for other considerations to account for in our search are much appreciated.
