Apparently a company running a DST does not need to actually have a firm end date.

I invest in Anchorage, have lots of friends who invest in Anchorage, and run a property management company here.

The deal cash flows at about $1000 a month BUT the insurance company will only do property replacement coverage NOT liability.

Found a local company that allowed 401K/IRA's to be rolled into one of their real estate investment funds.

I think my solution would be to get an export from the utility companies of the last 12 months bills.

A lot of places are rented through real estate companies, and are not on Airbnb or Vrbo. 

@Mario Richardson I don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.There are 20+ real estate CPAs commenting in this forum.

I'm currently looking for an insurance company to cover a high end flip ($1.6M Purch/$700k Reno) that I am in the process of purchasing.
