No Liability, No deal?
I am looking at a purchase in Lake City, FL. Lake City is a rural area where families will purchase a piece of land then put several mobile homes on it so they can be close together. This is still considered residential. The occupants are generally family members. I have found one of those with three homes on it. The deal cash flows at about $1000 a month BUT the insurance company will only do property replacement coverage NOT liability. Is there a way around this? or an insurance company that will cover the liability for the property? Also Can I purchase a liability policy that covers the company in general in the same way? All suggestions gratefully accepted!
