Howdy-

Somewhat new real estate investor from Kansas who is working in the industry. Started investing in real estate during Q4 of 2021 because I needed a place to roll over a past retirement account. Found a local company that allowed 401K/IRA's to be rolled into one of their real estate investment funds. Interested in multi-family or commercial syndications.
