I was wondering if anybody on this site had any advice/experience in investing in low income housing such as trailer parks.

Hi @Aundrea Newbern,We haven't successfully closed on any multifamily properties yet but we did bid on a property in Orange Park (32065) that had great numbers and we found two others that were looking great in 32210 and 32207.

Be sure to have a parking addendum in the lease and be clear to them up front about where they can park and how many vehicles can be on the property.

That's the very definition of redlining.Next I TRULY question the amount of auto-theft or vandalism Detroit is known for because of I have lived in Detroit 7 years with my car parked on the street(no driveways) and not a single time has my car been vandalized or attempted to be stolen.  

Age of property, square footage of building, square footage of lot, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, garage, carport, off street parking, qualify of finishes, etc.But, I would say square footage of the building is number one thing to compare.  

I had an offer accepted, 645k for a 3 unit on the edge of Boston - Hyde Park.

I live in Southern Cal and in the area that I live, parking is terrible.

I didn't mention it in my initial post but I'm also interested in mobile home parks if you know anyone doing that successfully.  

The mall is full with a waiting list and the land next to the mall is being bought for additional parking and buildings.
