Hey Roberta,Most tenants don't understand the inter-workings of a property, but they pay close attention to how it looks, the aesthetics. 

I assume you  have some kind of voice reader that allows you to work on the computer.

On rare occasion the person trying to strike a deal with me, actually seemed to be paying close attention to me, and adjusting their approach in accordance with what I say, or ow I act, and so forth.But all in all, I learned to see right through every solicitors exact strategy pretty quickly.

The security and tax advantages that come with investing in multi family homes is what has always captured the attention of investors.

The palm reader said i will live a long life.

He has a many contractors of every discipline at his disposal.He advises me on what neighborhoods to avoid, and even throws me off market deals (when one of his other clients is divesting).Where he lacks is turnover, trend analysis and periodic maintenance of major components.On turnovers, he focuses on cosmetic issues to get tenants back in ASAP rather than mechanical or other major components that should be given attention while the unit is empty. 

@Nicky Reader that’s what my parents have done with their properties, low/no rent increases and they stay longer.

It is a somewhat rare occurrence but can be financially catastrophic.Definitely something to pay attention to if you allow dogs in your rentals.

Also a good chance to see how they are taking care of things or that need attention.
