I have a single family 3 bed 1 bath rental. Tenants have been there a out 14 months now.

I drove by today and noticed that they installed a window airconditioner in the living room window.

Question: Would you allow this? Please give thoughts why or why Not??

Thanks,

Marty

@Marty Summers I do. Summers can get hot and window ACs are a reasonably cheap solution. They are paying for electric anyway.
