New to BP, interested in self storage

Hey RVA, I'm a long-time BP reader/listener but finally decided to take the plunge and start posting!  I’m a construction Project Manager and also have experience in flipping raw land. I’m currently considering getting into the self storage business, and I’d love to connect with others in the area about self storage, land flipping, residential development, and building my network of investors. @Brady Johnson welcome to BP and wealth of information it has on all things self storage.  FYI, there are some good Self storage groups on Facebook too that you might want to join (there is more activity on there)!  You can also learn from lot of material Michael Wagner (Self Storage rebellion online), Mark Helm and @Scott Meyers put out.
