(PROS: Great info, curriculum, holds me accountable to make the money back, webinars, coaches, deal analyzer, weekly action plans  CONS: Cost of the course can go towards marketing or other ways to invest, not enough time, the thought of 'there are others ways to learn')The list wasn't enough for me to decide

. :) After much reading and podcasting I decided to leverage the equity in my properties in the Palm Springs,CA  area and do  1031 exchanges for Multifamily properties in Memphis, TN where I had one 4 unit complex already.
