Refinancing Private Money Lending
Im interested in using a private money lender to purchase a foreclosure. We'll say for roughly 100k. once i have a loan theough a private money lender, can i refinance using a more tradition style loan and lender such as a bank?
Thanks!

Yes, but you typically need to season for 6 months unless you get lucky and find a portfolio lender or if you decide to go commerical.
