What would you do with $30k?
Hi Everyone, I'm new to the game and have been reading up on how to start. I'm interested to hear what you all would do if you had $30k to start investing. Do you buy a single family home, invest in a syndication on something bigger or find additional money to invest in a small to medium multifamily unit? looking forward to hearing your responses.

I would start with flipping houses and turn that 30k into 100k. Once you do that, more opportunities are available to you. Flipping is a great way to turn a little money into a lot of money so that you can fund other investments and make a good living at the same time.
