I am a Physical Therapist by trade, but I love Real Estate.

This news just sparked my interest:http://www.reuters.com/article/us-paraguay-brazil-...There are many foreign industries, mainly from Brazil, that settle in Paraguay to produce goods and later export those products to their own country.

In this article it says that the total cost is at $70,000.

I don't know what state you're in but I found this article through the Texas Association Of Realtor and they have the following to say in a similar situation..........."

I tripped over this article the other night, which sums up a lot of what I've been thinking about REI lately: Investing in Real Estate Won't Build Massive WealthI think there are some pretty obvious omissions or flaws in it, most notably that the author is looking at ten years as an unbearable amount of time to build "massive" wealth, but that it also hits on some very important points. 

I've been educating myself through reading books and articles here on BP (which have been truly awesome).

I looked up what a cancelled status on the MLS means and one article states: "a cancelled listing is completely terminated on the agreed upon date and time between the seller and the listingagent/broker."
