Do I need to disclose that I am a licensed real estate agent?

So I recently became a licensed realtor in PA.  I have existing rental properties and for the first time am about to execute a new lease with new tenants.   I was pretty certain that I have to disclose to my new tenants before lease signing that I am a licensed realtor.. which brought up the question of is there a general form commonly used for this?  Any help appreciated.  Thanks!
