It it seriously a street by street difference between vacation homes close enough to the beach & Pleasure Pier areas versus permanent rental areas more towards Broadway.

In general, it's doubtful one acre that would have a Mobil home on it that area is worth that much, unless it is very close to the beach, and isn't surrounded by other Mobil homes, which is doubtful.
