Payroll tax, insurance, workmen's comp, injuries, laws governing your actions, mileage etc...If you don't want to pay a full time or part time employee and take on all of the headache's that come with employees, why not consider outsourcing all maintenance to one local contractor.

There are some things many people seem to insist upon in your position but keep doing your research, keep staying active in action.

This is actually my parent's place and they will be deciding their course of action soon. 

After you have taken the time to choose the mentor or coach you will learn from; it is entirely up to you to take the info/procedures/lessons they share with you and execute by taking massive action on it. 

Thought this bootcamp would be good and seems it will be filled with actionable content and not fluff. 

People focused on the word "modular" are ignoring OP's use of the word "title".The foreclosure action would only have included the home if it was at that time already considered part of the land.
