Hello Everyone!

As being a young driven 22 year old i decided  to start my journey on real estate investing. I currently work full time and live at home with my parents and want to utilize this opportunity! I've browsed through some forums and beginner guides and began building my knowledge on the industry. What would be the ideal investment strategy in my position of working full time and living at home with my parents?

Would appreciate to hear some stories with other individuals that were in my position!

Thank you!

I definitely needed to re-evaluate my question. I agree though that its always important to determine your goal first before anything.

My goal for this year aka (short term goal) is be able to acquire 3 rental properties to provide cash flow and build equity to invest into more properties. My long term goal is to also be able to quit my full time job and go full force with real estate investing . My goal would be obtaining multiple rental properties and be able to do multiple fix and flips at the same time. It would be more than great to become a lender to other investors in future.

Also all depending on how my strategy goes, I do plan on staying at home for the next 5 years to save money!

Yo listen up, Let me tell you a little story about a guy that lives in a blue world

And all day and all night And everything ...

wait...

So my little story. I had no idea what I wanted to do in college. Not a clue. So I thought I cant go wrong  then by picking the most difficult study I can find, ... so I picked Aerospace Engineering... without a goal a plan nothing.

Well I ended up working for NASA as a Robotics scientist making Ironman a reality.

Look  bubbles... having a plan is great. A goal even better. But focus too much on these things will prevent you to start "doing".

Let me give you some advice as someone that been in your shoes.

This is the ONE thing that is making me deals now. Best thing you can do, All the planning and goals... dude,  you know them already. Its called " Making money". The plan and details will follow. Hit e up in pvt if you need someone to hold your hand...  in a hairy manly way though...

Food for thought...

If I made a plan first and a goal... I may never have chosen aerospace Engineering.... and I would have never been a NASA scientist...

Sometimes the action you take now, defines your goals....

Whoooow.. how deep is that!!

Damn I am AWESOME!
