Is anyone on BP investing with Arrived Homes?

@Priscilla Z. has hosted an experience group in the past that specializes on wholesaling…I hope she responds for a time and place.CFRI Central Florida is the larger group, with classes offered.

I have to remove the nails on the walls, add fillers, touch up and repaint some part of the home.

Because I’m not an owner on the selling property I was told I could potentially borrow the difference as a primary or secondary home loan.

I know Craftsman Homes is doing this in CA but am not sure how far their reach is.

We purchased the home on 3/17/2023 for $180,000, invested $37,413 in renovations, and sold it for $325,000 on 7/30/2023.

I have done the work to close on the home in a great market and my strategy is buy and hold.

It's just a mindset shift on your language to help you move forward with what you want.Why do you want to buy multifamily homes? 

The home owner, not that arbitrager, is stuck with the fine.

I have been contemplating selling my home and buying property in Tennessee where I plan to move in the next 5 years.
